At Paragon Dash, we engineer our logistics platform to maintain your live job-site momentum. We offer rapid, premium, on-demand local delivery to get your hardware and structural supplies straight to your project coordinates exactly when you need them.

1. Delivery Areas & Availability

We currently service designated local contracting zones across the Cape Peninsula. Delivery availability is determined dynamically at checkout. To confirm if your current job site falls within our express fulfillment boundaries, simply enter the physical address or precise GPS coordinates during the checkout sequence.

2. On-Demand Delivery Windows (Our SLA)

Unlike traditional freight services, Paragon Dash operates a high-speed express turnaround model similar to premium on-demand food and grocery platforms.

  • The Fulfillment Timeline: Our delivery window ranges from a best-case scenario of 30 to 60 minutes up to a maximum fulfillment buffer of 2 hours (120 minutes) from the exact moment your online payment clears.

  • The Operational Split: Every order lifecycle allocates up to 30 minutes for our primary third-party distribution hub (e.g., Gelmar Montague Gardens) to physically pull, pack, and clear the items at the wholesale trade desk before our fleet vehicle dispatches for immediate transit.

3. Operating Business Hours

Our on-demand delivery fleet operates strictly within the following trade intervals:

  • Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 16:00

  • Saturday: 08:00 – 13:00

  • Sunday: 08:00 – 12:00

Note on After-Hours Ordering: Any orders placed outside of these active business hours will be prioritized and processed first thing on the following business day.

4. Delivery Fees

Delivery charges are not flat-rated; they are calculated transparently at checkout based on the direct transit distance between our sourcing distribution hub and your job site, alongside the total weight volume of the hardware ordered.

5. Live Order Tracking

The moment your hardware package clears the supplier's dispatch gates and enters our delivery vehicle, you will receive an automated digital notification (via SMS or Email) containing real-time tracking details, allowing you to monitor the driver’s exact transit progress to your site.

6. Failed Deliveries & Location Errors

Because our fleet operates on high-frequency, tightly scheduled turnarounds to keep multiple contractors moving, delivery accuracy is vital.

⚠️ CRITICAL POLICY: If a delivery fails because you entered the wrong address/incorrect GPS coordinates at checkout, or because no authorized representative is present on-site to receive the materials when the driver arrives, you will be held fully liable for an additional delivery fee to cover the structural cost of driver rerouting, return-to-hub storage, or secondary redelivery attempts.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

You are required to inspect your hardware package immediately upon hand-off. In the highly unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with a missing item variance:

  • Report the issue to the delivery driver on the spot, or

  • Notify our operations desk via email at paragondash1@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include your unique order number and clear photographic evidence of the damaged components so our management team can resolve the issue and push out a replacement package promptly.
